As we all know conception of an idea does not always make it to full term. Nonetheless, many people will give birth to their spiritual and physical babies in this season. Labor pains can be extremely painful to point where it's difficult to enjoy the process. Nonetheless, keep going for your labor is not in vain.
Many people will give birth to new business, books, insightful opportunities, goals, and dreams. The bible states that the Lord will give you the desires of your heart (Psalms 37:4). When you ask for a certain thing, this is actually the point of conception. Your journey is the process and throughout your process you will give birth if you faint not. "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9)."
What If I do not give birth within a certain desired time frame? Well I'm glad you asked! At times the birthing process can be prolonged because God knows we need to fully develop. He doesn't want to give us anything prematurely, unless of course you are the prodigal son. In this case, I wouldn't want it. The prodigal son squandered all of his wealth and was left to fellowship with the pigs. Although, the Lord will always welcome us back into his bosom. He would rather give us our hearts desires in the right season.
The Lord loves you so much. To the point where it pains him to not provide all of your desires at one time. He want's his people to be sober minded to the point where they are filled with his spirit, and not filled with things of this world. "Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18). This does not mean that you can't reap because you drank a glass of wine. This means the Lord desires for you to yearn for things of the spirit more so than worldly things. Nonetheless, at times he will give you what we call cupcakes. Cupcakes are little tokens or blessings to remind you he is still with you on your journey. He will never forgot about his beloved for his promises are yes and amen.
For some you are NOW ready to cross over to the season of birthing into everything that we've always wanted or dreamed of. This season is called the Promise Land. The Israelites wondered around in the wilderness for 40 years before they received their promise. The wilderness again, was the process and in the fullness of the time, some entered into the Promise. Yet, not without a fight. So contend for you promise and you will surely see the goodness of the Lord in the Land of the Living.
